Citizen Party and Asteroid Contest

Hey friends! Today, a recent party was held for the citizens of Chobots as one of their perks to having bought citizenship for their selves or from someone else. Bluewonder held a Citizen party in the Citizen's HQ at 9:00 pm, Cho-Time. The party was located on the fullest server. At the party, there was tons of magic, music, and rain!

We had a blast! If you guys missed the party, maybe you'll be able to attend the next one. Juniors, if you want, you may purchase citizenship anytime for you or someone else, click here. Many users have also been complaining on how they don't have PayPal. No worries! You don't need a PayPal account to get citizenship, you can just use a credit card. 

In other news, Julia is holding a new contest for all users: an Asteroid contest! Speaking of Julia... please congratulate her on becoming a Team Manager! Julia has been with us since the beginning of Chobots.net and having her as a Team manager, I know the community is in safe hands.  

Continuing about the contest, the boards will be open from today, 28th of February, till a week from now (March 7th). 

In this game, if you've forgotten, you will need to shoot as many asteroids as you can before being hit by one. You can find this game located in the Cafe st. and into the Gamezone. Prizes will go to winners in ranks 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. Good luck and may the odds ever be in your favor!

Valentine contest results and Recap on Doodling day

Hi friends! A while back, the staff made a Valentine post card contest and they've recently announced the winners. All entries were very creative and cute, but it came down to three winners. Congratulations to the following:

In other news, Julia held a Doodling day event for the community and it was a blast! We played Pictionary and Hangman, as well as a party afterwards. Here were some pictures taken during the event:

Two New Agents

Valentine's Day Postcard Contest

The beloved Valentine's Day is coming up, a holiday where we traditionally give our loved ones cards, chocolates, or even postcards! That's why we're having a postcard contest to celebrate.

New Admin

Hey friends! Recently, about a few hours ago, a staff member has been promoted to being an administrator. Here are some hints on who he is:

• He loves listening to alternative rock music, his favorite band is Paramore
• His favorite colors are black, red, and blue
• He was a moderator, support assistant, developer, and a team manager
• He loves spending time at the beach when he has free time

If you haven't guessed yet, it's Philip/Pres! 

Philip has been working very closely with the team, helping make the game with new ideas as well as keeping it safe. If you see Pres around, make sure you drop by a congratulations to his great achievement!

Gifting Citizenship

Hey friends! A new update has been added to the game- the Chobots Team has allowed Citizenship to be gifted. After many years of requests for it to occur, the Chobots Team has made the option to buy citizenship for a family member or perhaps a friend of yours.

The process to give someone else citizenship is simply easy. Select the plan you want to purchase and enter in their username that you would like to give citizenship to. Make sure you or your parents read the Terms and Conditions and the Buyer Policy before purchasing anything for either you or someone else.

Afterwards, just fill out the order as you usually would for yourself. If you would like to purchase citizenship for someone else, click here.

I asked some of my friends on what they thought about this new option and here were some of their reponses:

Well, I really like the idea to gift citizenship to a family member or just a friend. Some people may not be able to buy citizenship for different reasons and if someone was able to give them that chance, it would be really cool and I think everyone would like it in my opinion -Master720

I think it's really cool, I can finally buy citizenship for my friends! -Kaitlynn

Hello everyone! My name is Sylva and recently, I've been hired to work on this wonderful blog of Vasa's so you will be seeing me around here often helping her out. If you don't know me so well, here are some things about me:

• I've played Chobots ever since 2008 and blogged ever since 2010. Working on over 250+ blogs and successful on my blog for about a year, I decided to step back and find other interests
• In my free time when I'm not on Chobots, I like to draw, sing, play the piano and hang out with my friends and family
• My dream job is to sing for a living or become a tattoo artist

February Journalists Program

Hi Bloggers!
As you may know, the Journalist Program on Chobots allows aspiring bloggers of all kinds help distinguish their blogs from the community. With every new month comes a new opportunity for people to apply for Journalism!

Below are the requirements listed to become a Journalist:

• Your blog should be at least a month old and updated weekly
• The posts on your blog should be creative and unique. You may not copy from other sources (such as the main blog)
• Images found on the main blog may be reused in your posts
• At least one active author and no more than three authors

Of course, Journalists are rewarded with awesome perks, such as:

• Your blog will be featured on the play page
• A Journalists badge on the bottom right corner of your playercard, as well as the title of your blog and an exclusive playercard
• In the beginning of the month, each author will receive a week of free citizenship
• Automatically receive the feather item
• You will be invited to write one post on the main blog
• The ability to PC a moderator even if their playercard is blocked
• Your blog will be bookmarked by the moderators
• Your website will be featured on the main blog
• A purple nametag

Submissions will be opened until Friday, February 7th. Make sure to include the link of your blog as well as your Chobots name and all the other requirements in the comments section of the main blog. After submissions close, the team will review all blogs and pick the new February Journalists.

January Journalists: To ensure all former Journalists are still eligible, you must reapply for Journalism to keep your status.
