Most items now have a unique name! This makes it easier to search for the items you are looking for when browsing the market. I can't even imagine how long this would have taken, thanks chobots team!

Fashion Show Party!

Hey everyone! How was your weekend?

Today the team hosted a sweet fashion show party with the debut of a new room: the Disco Lounge! We had a blast with a huge fashion show hosted by the moderators. Check out some of the themes:

The Market!

Hello everybody! Chobots has finally released a high-demand feature: a chobots market!

 

 

That's right, you heard! You can sell in-game items by auctioning them off here!

 

If you want to sell an item, go to your wardrobe. There should be a blue bin in the bottom left hand corner.

 

 

 Drag the item you want to sell there and you will be redirected to the market page. Login with your normal chobots username and password. Then set a price and ending date.

 

 

Wait for the bids to come rolling in! When you list an item, it transfers from your account to a special market storage account.

 

To bid on items, login to the market and click "Add Funds" at the bottom of the page. From the dropdown menu, select a number or percentage of bugs you'd like to add. Those will get transferred from your chobots account to your market account.

 

 

To bid on an item, hover over it and to the side, there should be a green "BID" button. Click on it and you'll be redirected to a bidding page.

 

 

This displays the highest bidder, current bidder, and the amount of bugs you want to bid. Enter that amount and click "Place Bid".

 

If you win the auction, the amount of bugs will be deducted from your account and moved to theirs. Then the item will be moved from their account to yours. If the seller decides to cancel the bid at last minute, they will be charged a 5000 bug fee. As compensation, you will recieve a 110% refund of your current bid.

If you lose an auction, the bugs will be refunded to your market account.

 

Please price your items reasonably, and don't flood the market with items you know will not get bids.

 

Important:

The market's currency is "bugs"

Both citizens and juniors can list items

The market is moderated!

You're not allowed to bid on your own auctions

You can't sell premium Shop, citizen, contest, or agency items.

So there are my ideas! Of course, you can add your own flare, but these are just to get your mind jogging.

How fashion week works: Each day a different mod will judge all the different style they see in the game. On sunday when the week is over, the team will have a huge fasion show in a BRAND NEW ROOM! There will also be special surprises for everyone.

Agents Wanted!

Hello guys! You know what time of the month it is...

 

Agent recommendations time!

 

 

 

That's right! Recommend your agent nominations by clicking RIGHT HERE. You have until April the 22nd to vote, and from then on there will be a poll.

 

Some things to remember when nomimating agents:

 

- Only recommend people who you feel deserve the badge, not just because they are your friends.

- Remember, NEVER use multiple accounts to cheat, and never ask for recommendations from your friends or other users. This is considered cheating and you will never be abe to earn agency.

How to draw a chobot on the graffiti wall

Hello everybody! Today I am going to show you how to draw a chobot on the graffiti wall.

1. I always like to start off with a white background.

2. Add your background colors, or what I call base colors. You can either do one solid color or blend some colors. Let's just do a solid color to keep it simple.

3. Now you want to draw the outline of your chobot in the skin tone it is, NOT the outline color.

4. Fill in the rest with the same color of skin tone.

5. Now add the eyes and the pupils.

6. Pick an outline color that is darker than the skin tone color. You will outline the chobot and draw the nose and mouth with this color.

7. That's pretty much your basic chobot. Now you can add clothes and you'll be done!
