I hope you all had a wonderful time spent with your family and loved ones.Anyways, as you might know, the market was recently shut down due to a loss of user interest. The Chobots team is hard at work coming up with fresh and new ideas to provide everyone with the best experience possible.
Most users have a remaining market balance in their account. Starting today, you will be able to retrieve your bugs and have them applied to your account.
To claim your market balance, please do the following:
- Send an email to support (support@chobots.net) with the subject line "Market Transfer".
- In the email, include your username, email address (the address that your Chobots account is registered to), as well as the information found at chobots.net/system.
- Make sure to include your current amount of bugs.
Once the email has been received, the team will transfer the remainder of the market funds within 3 days. However, requests will not be accepted after December 3rd.
The email is automatically processed by the Chobots system, so you will not receive a reply by the team unless there is an error.
In addition, everyone that sent feedback to the team via the main blog has received 5000 bugs. The team thanks you for helping improve Chobots!
